Insurance:
Insurance can be difficult for patients to understand. Our experienced and well-trained insurance specialists will answer your questions.
Please bring your insurance card on your first visit. We will file insurance forms for you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits. Please discuss treatment in advance with your insurance carrier. Payment is ultimately the patient's responsiblity.
Medicare and Medicaid assignment are accepted. Insurance does not cover cosmetic procedures. Fees for this type of procedure are due at the time of treatment or in advance.
Fees:
Fees will be discussed with patients at their request. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa.
