Will a hair transplant look natural?

What can I do about my thin lips?

Why is Mohs Micrographic surgery such a good treatment for skin cancer?

IS BOTOX® SAFE?
Yes. It is one of the safest treatments that we perform. BOTOX® was approved in the U.S. for treatment of eye muscle dysfunction 15 years ago. The FDA approved BOTOX® for glabellar frown lines in 2002. BOTOX® is approved in over 70 countries to treat a number of conditions. Over 7 million treatments have been performed in the U.S.

WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT MY THIN LIPS?
There are temporary or permanent solutions. Collagen injections to the lips will add bulk, but will need to be repeated at least every six months. A more impressive permanent result can be achieved with our new
e-PTFE implant.

WHAT IS THE BEST TREATMENT FOR LINES OR WRINKLES?
Many treatments are available, including
laser resurfacing, chemical peels, BOTOX®, collagen injections, fat transfer, and e-PTFE implants. The best way to determine the appropriate treatment is through an office consultation.

WHY IS MOHS MICROGRAPHIC SURGERY SUCH A GOOD TREATMENT FOR SKIN CANCER?
Basically because the cancer is removed microscopically with no unnecessary loss of normal tissue. In other words, the surgery is minimized. Cure rates are unprecedented; 95% for recurrent basal cell carcinoma, and 99% for primary basal cell carcinoma. The cancer is precisely removed, and scarring is minimized.

WHEN SHOULD TREATMENT BEGIN FOR VASCULAR BIRTHMARKS?
For best results, treatment should begin as early as possible. Babies younger than 18 months of age can usually be treated without anesthesia.

WHAT TREATMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR AGING AND SUN-DAMAGED SKIN?
Treatment options include
chemical peels, laser resurfacing, laser blood vessel removal, and various topical medications such as glycolic acid and Retin A.

WILL A HAIR TRANSPLANT LOOK NATURAL?
Yes! The training and experience of the dermatological surgeon is essential for success. A natural-looking result can be achieved with proper planning followed by careful technique using appropriate numbers of follicular grafts and linear grafts.
